Confusion Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Confusion

The great man is confused this time,
Where to go and how to go,
There is no great and reliable way to move,
Frustration looms large in this territory,
'Yes or no' confusion is never solved in his mind.
Sometimes he thinks this way is right,
Then he decides 'no', this is frustrating
And indeed so in this critical time,
He tries to proceed the other way,
That too is trivial and disheartening,
Soon he realizes the absolute barrenness of the world.
Being disappointed, the man decides to stand still,
But that too is not the rule of life,
Someone reminds him this fact veryclosely,
In a pensive mood he chooses one way blindly,
Though he inevitably knows in his heart that
It goes towards the ruthless desert where an oasis never exists.
