I'm so proud of you
my strong poet
challenging god's
creating your own reality
moving from here to there
returning bruised, yet stronger
Butterfly strong
yes, butterfly
and more beautiful with each moment
and here you are
thanking me
for what?
I only nudged you
tipped you over that point
called success
please keep your thanks
keep the treats
don't speak those words
when your over that ocean
smile back
write me something fierce
feel accomplished
because you've done so much
given me so many good memories
laughter
kindness
journeys into knowing
knowing and understanding
what friendship is
there is no need
to ever speak those thanks
I owe you, I am in debt
because you don't know
how easy it is
to breathe
when we
rehearse
our
riddles...
