Control. Poem by Christopher Holmberg

Control.

Rating: 5.0

I love how you hang on,
control,
and absorb the genius.
It's truly your weakness,
a major inconvienience.
Disassemble your troops,
it's time to regroup.
Far away from here,
I hope you jump off the pier
and dissapear.
It's like looking in a mirror,
but all i see is a faded smear.
Is it iggnorance you fear?
Or that you've lost control.
Never mind fear it just rattles your ear.
Like a snake on a ladder,
he slithers to the peak,
then discovers his defeat.
Kiss my feet you slimey freak.
Now let's get something to eat,
sorry was that not discreet?
