What we had was destroyed by our lies
Suppose we had one more chance…
Would it end up in a bad romance?
You said you were tired of hurting me, but yet you did it anyway
You wanted me to leave, not stay
So your wish was granted, but you are in pain
Your anger, and attitude is the one to blame
You tried to crush my very spirit, but you failed
This love is long gone, the ship has sailed
I never intended to leave your side
I thought I was with you forever, I wanted to be your bride
But life never turns out the way one wants it to
You are always on my mind, your love has left a mark, a tattoo
You were my first love, you had my heart first
You showed me to love, and quenched my lonely thirst
What is to be done now, I have no clue
