Creed Poem by Michaelpoetry Ryan

Creed

I believe in life everlasting. No one dies even when they're not whole.
I believe you get what you pay for. I believe the eyes are the windows to the soul.
I believe it's really not okay to end a relationship with an email.
I believe it's bad karma to laugh at others when they fail.
I believe there's a cure for cancer, but science doesn't know it.
I believe love is the answer; we only have to show it.
I believe illness grows in hardened and bitter hearts.
I believe in forgiveness. I believe in a brand new start.
I believe everyone deserves a second chance.
I believe in tenderness. I believe in romance.
I believe some days are meant to be better than others.
I believe nothing can hurt you when you hide under the covers.
I believe my father loved me, even when he beat me or called me stupid names.
I believe if my woman put a knife through my heart, I would love her just the same.
