Crescent Poem by Egbebi Mariam

Allah Akbar! The sacred crescent has-
been sighted. The whole world awaits your-
arrival more than the face of a newly-
wedded wife, to receive the green light of,
commencement of Ramadan. As commanded
Almighty Allah.
Alhamdulilahi, We all say!
Looking at your sacred illumination,
Whose symbol is the most blessed of all,
which only at one transcends the whole universe.

I pray Almighty Allah accept our Ibadah and forgive us of all our sins. Ameen
