Crying Angel Poem by Lycko Chizo

Crying Angel

Rating: 5.0

I heard him again
His cry, his pain
He's calling for help
But he cannot be saved
No one can rescue him
From the cruel hands of his own parent
He is being beaten
Again and again
The boy beg his dad to stop
But no, his dad would not
Otherwise he'll continue to stab his son
Oh mercy from God
So the boy can't do anything but to cry
Until his dad stop when he's about to die
Then the boy is left alone
So forlorn, body allready torn
I want to help him
But there's nothing I can do
So I just pray that one day
That crying angel would found his missing heaven
The right place for him to stay
Where no more tears or pain
Hope he'll found it someday

You might want to consider improving your grammar and verse style but surely it is fine but still i giggle at the childishness. Anyway good poem I hope the father stops beating him for sure. I was wondering on what terms is the poetry laid on is at ode or an elegy or just something which came into your brilliant mind?
