I am in love with you
You are in love with someone else
You don’t even realize what I feel
It hurts a ton

I know who you love for you told me
I just wish you would open up your eyes
Open your eyes and see how much I care
But you can’t

Now here you might leave
It’s hurting so much
Then I think I might never see you again
Now the hurt is times ten

I know that even if you knew
You knew how I felt
It wouldn’t matter
You would still leave

I want to know you
I want to be in your heart
I know you hate it here
I know you want to go

So now I go against my feelings
I say its your choice
I could say so much more
I could give you this poem

But I won’t
Because I know that even if I did
Nothing would change
So what’s the point?

I’m giving up on my love for you
For all it does is cause me pain
The pain of a broken heart
The pain of a lost love

We can never be
Never in this life would it work
Because I love you
But you love someone else

So i say i don't care
i don't care about love
i don't care about you
So damn love
