Dear Diary,
Something bad happened today
I saw my soul be whisked away.
It started with their death
Now it hurts to take a breath.
It’s been happening for some time
It’s like my life has gone blind.
Dear Diary,
My laughter faded like a dream
The pain’s so fierce I want to scream.
It’s like someone’s erased my path
And turned the light off in my heart.
Now it’s dark and I’m afraid of life
If I’m surrounded by people,
Why am I so alone?
Dear Diary,
Where’d you go?
Now there’s no one left to guide me home.
