Death Is The Awatnense Poem by Sean Buchsbaum

Death Is The Awatnense

Death is the awatnense
Of life to end
Lingering in the abyss
Scared to look for the true meaning
Of what is and what is not
Dark is wrath
Making the color seen only by the blind
Sadness by all mean
For confusion has struck
As the dead do not cry
They only smile lingering on there
Face of the once alive
Looking back on what they have done
Tears appear this can’t be too bad for a life
Has passed
It was time
Life can’t go on forever
It finishes with the flash of a button
Stealing of a memory as it’s up for
The taking
Living life and not waiting for
Death
But waiting for opportunity
To appear
