Declaration Of Love Poem by Perry Schwartz

Declaration Of Love

For love I would do anything passion manifesting itself though I seldom sit and wonder what might have been thoughts fill my head of a lost love that was once my whole world but now there's nothing but emptiness as time slips away leaving me with the feeling of complete melancholy. Words unveiling the truth which were never spoken before until now and away from prying eyes which look upon us with the utmost ridicule as mortality begins to set rear it's ugly head. Enclosed is a letter that sits on my mantle next to a single candle that burns the the Eternal flame of righteousness now I'am in total ecstasy this is my declaration of love.
