Without a bad word in

I feel better already
I knew that I would
This path that I have taken
Confirms my life is good

And although I shall still miss you
A thing beyond my control
My heart beats strong and true
And heals my damaged soul

You keep on calling me
Maybe doubts are in your mind
But that door is now closed

Our lives are now separated
As if by an iron curtain
A future full of new loves
