Deaths of millions because of poor and bad mentality,
It is because we do not realize what hygiene is worth,
So we miss the chance to save millions on this earth,

Rotavirus, Astrovirus, Cholera, Escherichia coli, and Shigella,
Entamoeba histolytica, Adenovirus and Salmonella,
These are the common pathogens killing millions each day,
Deaths that are preventable if we practice hygiene in a proper way,

Diarrhea is a huge problem that burdens earth's population,
Killing infants by the millions each year, destroying our foundation,
We need to be more serious about preventing this disease,
To prevent more deaths in our country as well as overseas,

More campaigns to educate the public, education is the key,
Especially in the poorer areas so we can open their eyes to see,
How proper cleaning of baby bottles can easily save lives,
How a little extra education can help all young wives,

Vaccinate your children against rotavirus while you can,
Proper hand hygiene and water source shall be the new plan,
Improving infrastructure to keep the new generation healthy,
So they grow to help development and make our nations wealthy.
