I know we've got an age difference
I know it bothers you

But in the end, it's just a date
Written down in ink on some paper
But in the end, it doesn't matter

Love can't be written down on paper
Love is something which comes from within
Love is not something which goes through a check list
No, love is the spark one has for another
A spark which I have for you

I may be younger
But my love for you is older
And I'm not going to let such a small thing
Get in the way of something beautiful
Just like you
