Discreet Poem by adam stevens

Discreet

Clammy skin
the one within
He takes it for granted
not even seeing what you're looking at
You duck down too far
a subtle smirk
an unsaid remark
it's practice, it's sweat, it's shiny
that one so tiny
can be unhidden
can come into your mind unbidden
available and yet forbidden
I speak truth
but not plainly
it's only longing now
I feel mainly
