do you ever crave
something you shouldnt
do you ever fight with yourself
because you cant decide

do you ever feel so helpless
because noone can help you
do you ever change so much
you cant remember who you were

do you ever feel so depressed
'this' is all you can do to stay alive
do you ever walk alone
and wish you had someone

do you ever think that if you tell someone
it just might be ok?
do you ever try to stop
but you cant cause it feels so good

do you tell yourself this is the last time
but you know its not
do you ever try to be safe
and not go to deep

do you even realize what you did
until after you see the mess
do you ever cry the whole time
and still have no answers

do you wonder why it had to be you
but you'll never know
do you forgive yourself
a thousand times after

do you believe you have an addiction,
