Tell me, do you know the way
to this place that they call heaven?
I hear that it's a better place
than this place that we now live in.

Today is another day, different from the last,
but yet my thoughts do wonder to the distant past.

When life was full of thunder,
and love was all around
when the girls were full of laughter,
and they never brought you down.

But, today is yet another day,
different from the last.
And things will never be the same
as they were in the past.

Like, when love caught you by suprise,
and life was but a game.
when rose were red and violets blue,
and no one was the same.

So, tell me do you know the way
to this place that they call heaven?
I hear that it's a better place
then this place that we now live in.

I hear that you can live in peace,
with love and tender caring.
And they say that you can have it all,
and it's everyones for the sharing.

I hear that you never cry,
and that love is never ending.
and the dreams that you dream
do come true, there is no pretending.

So, Tell me do you know the way
to this place that they call heaven?
I hear that it's a better place,
a place i want to be in.
