Don't Delete Me Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

One day I wrote a poem,
But I was not at all satisfied,
I wanted to delete it,
But the poem prevented me saying,
"Wait please, don't delete me,
I may be dull and insipid now,
But in course of time I will definitely shine with flying colours
And raise your name to the highest position."
I listened to the poem then and did not obliterate it,
Today it is considered as my best poem,
I love it so much now.
