Don't Grow Up So Fast Poem by Anurag Talukdar

Don't Grow Up So Fast

Don't grow up so fast,
There aren't many photographs around.
Either the cameras are too slow,
Or you are growing up too fast,
Blurred lines and jumbled images,
Don't evoke perfect reminiscence.
Don't grow up so fast,
I can't stay young forever.
Weak limbs and still weaker spine,
Can't fight the spiral of time.
Don't grow up so fast,
As i slowly walk into my grave.
