In the desert I found myself
So thirsty enough to empty an ocean
Then I found an oasis
It refreshes more than an ocean
Such a special figure to behold
A flower from the Benue trough
A beauty matching Gwen’s
Her smile nourishes me
Truly an African damsel
Open minded and courageous
A focused and mind reader
A spiritual figure to lean on
Dream show us better pictures
You don’t need to shed those tears
Wipe your tears and smile again
If God wills, we will never part.
