Doubts Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Doubts

She:

Where are those songs of summer
And our beautiful love of June?
I think you are with another
Tip-toeing through the heather
To a dreamy 'tangerine' tune
Hence my jealousy and gloom.

He:

How I wish I knew the answer
To this jealousy so green.
Where are you at this moment?
Dancing amid the tulips or
Enjoying the rhythmic music
Of long-ago 'Tangerine Dream'?
