Down To The White Cliffs Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Down To The White Cliffs

Forty Words:

At Mayfair, we met
Mayfair was fun, you bet!
But soon as shopping was over
We left Piccadilly and Leicester Square
Caught a train down to Dover
Enjoying the southern air
And the bluebirds of paradise.
'God answered our prayer'.
