Drunken Dreams
Big they were
Forever I thought
Never realising time waits for no one
Down the drain it went with my dreams
Wasted two moons
All my noon’s
Thought I was cool
As it went down my throat
Intoxicated my life
Was
Excitement was all
I wanted
Failure was what
I reaped.
