Dust Poem by nicole rassbach

Dust

the poets of the fall
show it all
as the carnival of rust
turns to dust
your love is my life
your pain is my grief
as you walk away my life crashes
and turns forever more to ashes
my ashened life blows away
the lightest shade of grey
now the wind screams
from all of my broken dreams
as the sky grows dark
I've left my mark
the wolves pircing howl
thier out on the prowl
the night grows cold
the thunder rolled
the last thing you hear
as death is near
is the last words you said to me
it's all your fault but now i'm free
and with that you die
and finally i can cry
and with your death
I stop my breath
