E.E.C. Said To Me Poem by Michael Romero

E.E.C. Said To Me

Loneliness as a leaf falls.
Companionship once,
companionship no more.
Green leaf brown,
death comes fast,
fast it falls,
not long will it last.
It’s intriguing to watch,
and it’s frightening to
COMPREHEND.
The line between
life-and-death
is a sharp gust of
WIND.
So blow the man down,
blow the man down.
A leaf falls.
Loneliness.
Blow the man down.
