Early Spring (Five Lü) Poem by Luo Zhihai

Early Spring (Five Lü)

★ Early Spring (Five Lü)

☆ Poetry by Liu Changqing (About 726- About 786, Tang Dynasty, China)
☆ Translation by Luo Zhihai (1954-, China)

To rest at night, light rain came
In South of the River, spring scenery back
Thought it can’t stay
Also fear to urge it
Man is in good condition after thousand drinking
But flowers can’t blossom always in hundred days
By the blue sea, how can I put up with
As a guest for ten years every day?

★ 早春(五律)

☆ 刘长卿 诗

微雨夜来歇
江南春色回
本惊时不住
还恐老相催
人好千场醉
花无百日开
岂堪沧海畔
为客十年来
