There was a time
when I looked at you
& It didn't involve
a memory.
Sometimes it makes
you wonder
why every phone
Now comes equipped
with a camera.
But not all memories
can be edited or erased
at the press of a button.
There was a time
I could look at you &
see the bigger picture
