Eclipse
We all looked the same
When the moon struck the sun
When day turned to dark
While the hours were still young
We took the same name
We played the same game
For all colour had vanished
And the lion became tame
The speed of light
Slowed to a crawl
When light and dark united
And we all became the fool
In the subconscious second
When waking life became a dream
We all looked the same
And we all had seen
