Een Mythische Prestatie:

In den beginne
schiep Bram de zinne
prikkelende liedjes,
de made-liefjes,
de margrietjes,
de ochtend mist
die zich vergist
tot inkeer komt
de ruis verstomt
en in mijn bot
zit gen van God,
we zijn geen
werkras manipulatie
maar een
mythische prestatie
gekrisalliseerd tot
de steen
die alles veranderen kon,
we zijn nog niet geboren
en ook nog niet verloren
geen -zonen van Aton-
ontsluierde Isis,
sluimerend is de crisis
die afstand neemt
van de illusies
en hij die vroeg
zichzelve kent
schrijft heel vroeg
reeds
zijn Testament.

Poem of the Day

poet Christopher Marlowe

Black is the beauty of the brightest day,
The golden belle of heaven's eternal fire,
That danced with glory on the silver waves,
Now wants the fuel that inflamed his beams:
