Empty Poem by Elisabeth Perry

Empty

Blank stares, empty eyes
No one knows how much she cries
Or the pain inside she feels at night
When they're all gone
And she's left alone
Alone to defend herself
From the thoughts that come up
They tell her how worthless, ugly and stupid she is
How she fails and ruins everything
