Endless Tears Poem by erie morganmaples

Endless Tears

Rating: 5.0

The more I wipe them away
The more they flow
I hide them
So you don't know

I'm drowning,
Frowning,
My life feels over
I could use something lucky,
perhaps a clover

Voice shaking,
Words cracked
All because you'll never come back

When you left you took something,
My happiness, my pride
Now the tears I'm left to hide

Your gone,
Never returning

Heartbroken yelps from the depths of my soul,
Patting,
Consoling,
It's okay, I'm told

It's not the end of the world for most, My my world is crumbling to a tragic toast

A river big and flowing,
Leaving my face slightly glowing

These tears won't end no matter what,
All because of our endless love

I love this poem, its emotional, hartbroken, suffering in silence, very deep. Love it. Most of our words come from true feelings.
