Have you ever kissed a frog
Then almost instantly without regard
To anything else felt the world around you grow,
while at the same time get smaller?
A liberation of tamed & written off dreams
Come that much closer,
No one to tell you how crazy you sound?
Tell you how impossible that sounds?
Without pause, walking out of the house
In your head, without checking for a phone,
Keys or wallet?
To open your eyes to something wild breathing It's way Into you?
Without fear or shame, the need to check to see
If anyone is watching?
Your inner self alive and well,
No longer sealed & hidden.
A bruise finally healed.
Ready to go out and see the world
That much braver
