Everlasting Joy Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Everlasting Joy

Rating: 5.0

Gazing at the moon
Usually brings joy to the heart;
Intent look at the stars
New fresh feelings do start.

One needs not to fret,
ignoring the wonder of nature;
Birds flying high in the wide blue sky
make one think of a bright future.

As man fixes his eyes
Towards something to enjoy;
Aim at what lies ahead,
Not on things that do destroy.
