Every second I spend with you goes straight to my heart,
Melting and warming it to a knew found art,
Every morning a fresh start to tell you what you mean to me,
And that I care for you no matter how far apart,

When we first met shortly after I became sick,
But that didn't stop us you just made my soup thick,
You always wanted whats best for me,
And I want you to know that I want to be the best for you,
Because no matter what happens your the one that I trust
and go to when life is tough,
You help me get through loss,
And by doing that I gain my best friend in the whole wide world,
Who knows me and shows me love and respect,

I appreciate you everyday
And from my heart this I say,
You are the best person I know,
And everyday you let it show,
And that shows me how to be a better person,
