Everything And Nothing At All Poem by Susan Lacovara

Everything And Nothing At All

How could I have been your everything
For so long feeding your insatiable hunger
Day after day opening myself to the story of you
Saving my stash of emotional cash
To buy into the expensive dream of expanding our future
Only to find you have closed your account

Nicely envisioned and presented. A meaningful poem I like most. Thanks for posting. ......10
