J-ust express your emotion
E-specially when you're glad;
S-eventh November morn,
S-ure, it won't make you sad.
I-n times of loneliness, let your tears freely fall;
E-yes that run like a river are soothing your own soul.

C-heck your wounded heart,
O-utburst of anger isn't good;
M-ake it gentle and calm
B-efore it breaks your mood.
O-ne feeling after another, your life must beat confusion;
Y-our mind think twice first before you express your emotion.
