Eyes Tinted Fire. Poem by Cath Harrington

From a sunlit sky he came,
with eyes tinted fire that no one could tame,
a shadow cast over the earth,
a new dawn had come a second birth,
the rose stood shimmering in the light,
the scent of a woman all through the night,
an angels wings caressed the rose,
with each new petal all hell froze,
you'll find him within a womans heart,
the eyes placed a rose that tore apart,
a raptures sin from deep within,
come open the door and let us begin.
