Faithful Child Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Faithful Child

Rating: 5.0

A-lmighty God's faithful child
I-s in the true fold;
N-ever abandon the Church,
A-nd the faith defend and
H-old.

R-ighteous and faithful child
I-s celebrating her birth;
T-uesday eighteenth of July
C-omes to bring much mirth.
H-ope of the faithful child
E-nds the fret and worry;
L-etting her win the fight,
L-etting her attain victory.

T-he faithful child remains
U-ntil the end of time;
T-ill the very last breath,
A-lthough hill is hard to climb.
A-lmighty God is pleased when she is meek and mild;
N-o bad event will happen to the Father's faithful child.
