Fallen Star Poem by Varna Soyokaze

Fallen Star

Slowly falls down a Star
Deep into my Eyes
Slowly past the night fall
Across the moonless skies

Scattered on a broken Altar
Near to Home, yet so far.

Blending together all the pieces
With the exile of my Soul
And the fallen pain ceases
Giving all and making you whole

Glowing on broken Altar
Near to Home, but are you far?

I'll guide you back Home
Up high, you slowly rise
Shining again in the Sky
Leaving a Light in my eyes

Twinkling as a Star
Back Home, but not so Far.
