Fame Revived After Death Poem by Tulsi Shrestha

Fame Revived After Death

Fame Revived After Death
A hypocritical drama is displayed
After someone's death
To cash his revived identity
For their own personal gain.
The inherited tradition practiced in vain
To pinch perpetual entity in heaven.
National newspapers, overloaded with
Obituaries and condolences of
His untimely departure for another world.
His loyalty and dedication for
Society and nation itself
Never observed and evaluated
While he was alive, but now
A victim who lacks beats and breath
Revived here to reproduce him as
A Celebrity of century.
How wonderful and lunatic the world is!
