Family Beast Poem by Donald R Wolff JR

Family Beast

This night a prayer, or vow to swear
An angry beast shall soon arise
None has seen the worse of beasts
And those that do will die

She cries the tears of jilted love
Some tears her father hears
Lost to family she once loved
Her innocence has disappeared

A game afoot for lust of hunt
With teeth gnashing for fresh blood
The beast has come to settle debt
Payback for lusting, love

He laughs at first before the beast
Until he sees the demon's eyes
No man is left inside of him
Solely desire for vengeful cries

Only 'Faunus' of the forest;
Discerns the reason why
A tree grows so well in spoiled land
Here is where his victim lies

Her father is a family man
No love greater shall the living ever see
Thus should another harm his world
Will once again become the beast
