'Sing No Sad Songs'
Her name was Rossetti
Christina Georgina
Unique with her poetical score.
Born close to Bow Bells
Died close to Bow Bells
Left us at age sixty four.
She wrote all alone
In a room of her own,
Unmarried ~ on England's green shore.
Dante Gabriel, her brother
Was great poet and artist...
But the work of Christina
We shall always adore.
At Christina's behest
And her final request,
We will play no sad symphonies;
But we will always recall
How she gave us her all
In the magic of her poetry.
