So long my friend, my dearest friend I say
It will be tough out there, a new life ahead
Hold on to your dreams, walk on with faith
Treasure each memories, learn from mistakes

Don't be afraid to try new things in life
You'll be fine, look ahead, don't gripe
Mem'ries will stay, heartaches still there
Just trust in yourself, anything you can bear

Time flies fast, you wouldn't notice
Heartaches gone, new love will begin
Be proud of yourself, as I am proud of you
How a fine man you are, you made my wish come true.
