Do I dare try
to change?
Am I able
to cooperate?
I can't say.
I'm confused
by the way
that I am
treated.
Why
do my feelings
always get trampled
on or ignored?
Because
they are seen
as insignificant.
There is no relaxation
around those to whom this
addresses.
Yet
I cannot change
them
I can
only change me
so by my own power
I shall conquer
my emotions
and become stronger
in myself.
I must change
for my own health
and become
who
I was
meant
to be
