Fettish Thought Poem by Oluwaseyi Francis Adeosun

Fettish Thought

FETTISH THOUGHT

Not!
None!
Me!
We!
They!
All!

Star gaze
Eyes dizz
Heart freezed
Mind freed
Thought fused
lips sealed.

Love-hate relationship
Bitter-sweet experience
Open-secret secret
Five people monoloque
One tree forest
Close-agaped mouth.

Wonder shall never end
Living in a mystic world
Moving with a fettish thought
Standing on a clumsy law
Fighting for a needless cause.

Like a four path road,
Confusion enthrone the throne
As when the allien first came,
Glass we were given in place of our peace
Scripture replaced our ORACLE
Yet, reality remain obscure.

I vision a society
Where chicks marry Eagle
Lion befriends Antelop
Fire habours water
Student trains teacher
With no hidden grudge
