Saravanabhavan - chain of superior eat outs
Prominent, odour-less, clean, well-lit, hygienic
equally costly - no match for its coffee
for a honest break-fast Rs.200 should suffice

tremendous crowd at the counters
I wonder, how such transformation does happen
purchasing power now the people do wield
and their readiness to pay for quality food

instantly, I am reminded of the promoters
their thoughtful venture and in style execution
hotel business in not an easy proposition
all branches serving the same tasteful dishes

such proven persons should be called by the Govt.
for setting up their outlets in larger interest
invading towns and peoples in lower order
spreading the message - quality makes the difference -.
