The flick of light
Determined never to die despite the blow of the strong winds,
The convection rain and the blight of the Equator heat
Like the beat of the heart which never stops
As long as the flow of blood is in the race
The flick of light, light up the sky against the storm
Despite the threat of bringing the world to a standstill by prediction and criticism
The flick of light heightened the pronouncement of truth
Thus reached a crescendo that smashed ears, minds and twisted faces behind the curtain
Spurts of smelly saliva, gal and green blood missed the exterior and left the heart and mind of rock of ages intact and sharp like the bow of an arrow
Ready to spear through the smelly air, time and again
The race is won by a silent heart and the voice of reason
