Flowers Poem by Siddic Nagdee

Flowers

There are times on unknown signs,
in natures natured book.
A book for all to be signed,
very much more than a look.

Pages of blended tints,
colours of rainbow shade.
Written everywhere in gardens of beds,
The blending of flowers amaze.

Mysteries of ever, variety of all,
growing on prairies of lonely dwells.
Of flocking onto hills and gardens
We thank God for this marvellous swell.

The blossom may touch the human heart,
Gently emiting a smell of fragrance.
Not forgetting it's wonderful form,
of diversity sought out in glance.

Glad are we in our human hearts,
In sharing a likeness of splendour.
Species of multi matched flowers,
of roses, carnation, daffodils and other.

A gesture in good of many a will,
words sometimes tells but a few.
Elation in gifts of flowers releases,
the brightness of scent in all to do.
