'Lord, what fools these mortals be' loving each other hopelessly. We're mortally foolish you and I but our love will never die.
We the mortals be, fools too, you and me. I cant help it, and neither can you so while I'm mortal, I'll keep loving you.
Mortally foolish-foolishly mortal. No herbs to annoint our eyes; to make our feelings naught but lies. We may be fools, you and I, but if loving you makes me a fool, then a fool I'll stay day after day.
I love you
