'Forever Banned' Poem by L.C. Morgan

'Forever Banned'

Confused, she gives up hope
She can’t live this way anymore
With no where to turn, she can’t cope
Her heart is torn & sore

She writes of the same things
She wants to fit in somewhere
She wants Him to give her wings
She wishes someone would care

I cannot take away her heartache
I don’t know what to do for her
She’s so fragile she could break
Is she safe enough for sure?

I heard a rumor that she’s now dead
I heard she had too much regret
She took a gun to her head
Because they found the bullet

They studied it hard
& found engravements carved
She wrote it there instead of a card
& from love she was starved

Your initials were found in her clenched hand
You tore her mind & thoughts apart
& her revenge is that you’re banned
Forever from her heart.
